Green bars ?

What is the meaning of the green bars?

I think most mods have a slew of them. Does a it mean someone can be "trusted", when compared to a red bar poster?

Originally I thought it was tied to skill level of capper/winning % ...but really haven't seen this correlation.

And how are green bars earned? Who awards them?

Just wondering if it can help with evaluating a poster.

The Green Rep Bars are given to posters from either Mods or other Posters.

It could be from anything, let's say you are posting plays and the posters that follow you want to Thank you, or posting information about games / Players , etc and that info has helped them in some way.
Or if they like a Post that you made. They can give you a Good Karma / Green Bar
Same with Mods

You DON'T want to show a Red Bar, because that means you have been given Bad Karma reps
Most that have/ show a Red bar, have caused trouble, maybe Bashed a few people, troll, etc...
